OK. I give up. But before I do I need to vent for just a moment. I have worked in the IT field for over 20 years. And I have to say that this web site has been the most annoying experience I have encountered to date. And I have seen some doozies. I just spent over an hour trying to download a trial version of your software. I think your Photoshop products are outstanding and I strongly regret being so put off by this web site that I will vow to never use your products. My first mistake was to click on the Free Trial button, which informed me that I would need to create an account. That took me to a registration page, which allowed me to enter half of the information and then quickly update, erasing the data. I re-entered the information and then found I needed to go to my email box to verify my account. I copy/pasted your silly URL into the browser and was finally taken to the products page. Again I selected the Free Trial and was informed that I first needed to download you Adobe installation management software. OK. I was still cool with that, except there was no shortcut to said software. I then copy/pasted the name of the software into the search window. Even your own search engine couldn't find it. So now I give up. However, mission accomplished! That experience was an excellent trial and I now know that I don't want to try any of your products. Please close my account immediately.
OMG! I clicked on the Post button and now I need to log in again to post this complaint. How was I even allowed to create it if I'm not already logged in. This is a riot !
